Can I use my membership at every TMAB location?
Yes. You can use your membership daycare sessions, and discounts, across all Throw Me A Bone locations.
Can I change my membership later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time in your client account, and the new rate will apply to your next billing cycle.
Do unused visits roll over?
No. Unused sessions do not roll over to your next 30-day membership period.
What's the difference between the "membership plans" and "regular booking"?
Memberships discount the regular, flat rate of our Full Day & Half Day sessions, as well as include complimentary Play cam access, Relief walks, Feedings & Priority bookings. Memberships also offer discounts on some of our other services, like Grooming, Boarding & Add-ons.
Membership plans are auto-charged on a recurring, monthly basis- every (30) days from the plan's start date. Plans unlock exclusive benefits, services & discounts.
